Gym day

Light core workout, my shoulder is still a mess, and with no chance to get someone to really work out whatever is wrong with it, I just have to do the best I can. Mostly crunches, and lunges, although I would love to do some presses or some other upper body work, I am in agony if I try, so for now...it is what it is! Back to it tomorrow, and the rest of the week with a day off Friday, short run Saturday, and then another race on Sunday, beach race...should be fun!! Loyal reader, Run Happy...oh...and if anyone has an extra shoulder they could lend me, right one is preferred...appreciate it!!
