5 Miles...

Nice 5 mile run today, good pace, good time, felt good...good prep run for Sunday...might do 3 miles or so tomorrow as well. I met some of the I-Run folks while out...not sure if I presented very well though, I often do the American thing, and at times its not socially correct, shaking hands, being something I often do without thought...need to be more cautious socially...damn aggressive Americans!! Anyway...looking forward to the race this weekend, nervous though...wont have my usual running buddy with me and the faces will all be different...I will carry you guys in my heart though! Loyal reader, Run Happy!!
