No cross training today. Kombucha is coming along great and I am signed up for a 10K in May, so it should be fun!! On schedule with another 6 tomorrow early!
I was wondering, are you still staying in Penang and still practices Kombucha brewing? I would like to grow Kombucha too and interested in getting the mother culture. Maybe you might know anywhere to get them in Penang?
