Kohmbucha found...I think...

This update has nothing to do with running as today was another cross-training day (swim). I did however find a local who has Kohmbucha cultures to give... I have missed my immune system being up to snuff, and think i have got a nice little cold brewing...not good. My usual 6 tomorrow, then off to Master Khoon, for my Kohmbucha babies. Till then, "Run Happy!"
