So the run today was from Brenna's school (a 1(one) way cab ride is much cheaper) to join up with my normal Persiaran Gurney/ Jalan Kelawei loop for another good but slow 6 (six) miles (8:30 pace) I am getting used to the heat though and I think in a few months I should be back down to my normal 7's in pace. I took the photo with my phone (I carry it with me for now, just in case) It is the view along Gurney drive. Love to start the day with a good run, and hopefully will have some Kombucha by this afternoon!! Loving Penang so far!! To you, loyal reader, Thanks!!
